The EducationUSA Reconnect-Plus Delegation

Admission representatives from 11 diverse U.S. public and private higher education institutions traveled across nine cities in Indonesia in December to carry the message that a U.S. college education is more available, accessible and affordable than ever before. The EducationUSA Reconnect-Plus delegation met with local students, families, counselors and universities to promote study and research opportunities and offer workshops on the admission process and scholarship programs.

11th Annual Summer Institute for International Admissions

Save the Date! The 11th Annual Summer Institute for International Admissions will be held June 21–25, 2010, at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

The Summer Institute trains counseling professionals at overseas secondary schools, U.S. private boarding/day schools and EducationUSA advising centers. Participants will address the varying needs of college admission and college advising professionals.

A New Counselor Workshop is being offered as an optional pre-institute, which will also be at Georgetown University June 20–21, 2010.
